St. Augustine Makers Fest is St. Augustine Public Montessori School’s primary annual fundraising event. Historically, Montessori Schools have been private. However, STA Montessori is one of the few public Montessori options in the state of Florida. 

The public funding we receive from the state is based on enrollment, however - it does not cover the true cost to educate a student. To keep our programs accessible for all, we rely heavily on the generosity of our community and their donations.
