WOVEN NECKLACES WITH DAUGHTER handWOVENs
The Woven Necklace Workshop is a one hour workshop where weaver, Alexandra Forby, will walk you through how to use her Necklace Loom to create a beautiful hand-woven statement necklace. We will be using two colors of embroidery floss to create a beginner's design for your first necklace. Alex will be teaching how to add tassels, tabby weave, increase and decrease and finishing your necklace. The cost includes one reusable Necklace Loom (valued at $20), two skeins of embroidery floss (Ivory and one of your choice of 4 fall colors), leather cording for your necklace, and a tapestry needle. The loom is reusable, so just pick up more embroidery floss yourself, or stop by Alex's booth, Daughter Handwovens, for a refill kit and get started on your next project right away!
